In pictures: the 10 best islands in the world for the year 2016

Arabiaweather.com - Ismail Ghasimi - It seems that international travelers who love the islands have a new opinion in the ranking of the best islands in the world for this year 2016, according to their choices on TripAdvisor.

The island of Maui in Hawaii ranked first in the Trip Advisor Traveler's Choice Awards from second place last year, and Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands fell from the lead to the fourth place.

The Greek island of Santorini ranked second, up two places from fourth place last year, and in third place this year is Jamaica , which was not on the list last year.
